- Orders of SAR 500 or more: free delivery throughout Riyadh.
Outside Riyadh within Saudi Arabia
Orders are transported warehouse-to-warehouse through a land transport company chosen by the customer. Before ordering, the customer must contact the preferred transport company, confirm its freight price and destination branch, and provide AL KHAZ with the company name, its Riyadh warehouse or branch location, and contact details.
AL KHAZ will deliver the order free of charge to the selected transport company’s warehouse or branch in Riyadh. The customer pays the transport company directly and collects the shipment from its destination warehouse after arrival notification.
International Orders
Please contact us before placing an international order. Availability and delivery cost are quoted according to the destination, quantity, total weight, shipment dimensions, and available carrier.
Order Preparation
Delivery times begin after payment is confirmed and the order is accepted. Factory roll lengths can vary. If an actual roll is shorter or longer than the nominal 25 yards, the final price and quantity will be adjusted proportionally and confirmed before fulfilment.
Please ensure that all delivery and transport-company information is accurate. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may affect the delivery date.
