These terms govern use of the AL KHAZ FABRICS online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Delivery, and Returns policies.
Products and Information
We aim to describe products accurately. Fabric colour may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and normal production-batch differences. Dimensions, weights, and roll lengths described as approximate may reasonably vary. For colour-critical or large orders, request a current sample before ordering.
Prices, VAT, and Discounts
Store prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT where stated. A standard 25-yard roll is priced at the displayed roll price. If an actual factory roll is shorter or longer, its final price and stock quantity are adjusted proportionally and confirmed before fulfilment. Eligible bulk discounts are applied according to the offer displayed at checkout. We may correct clear pricing or technical errors before accepting an order.
Orders and Availability
An order is subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, verification, and acceptance by AL KHAZ. We may contact the customer to clarify colour, quantity, roll length, delivery, or payment details. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative, revised quantity, later fulfilment, or an appropriate refund.
Payments
Available methods may include card payment, direct bank transfer, and instalment services such as Tabby or Tamara when activated at checkout. Instalment approval and repayment terms are determined by the relevant provider. Bank-transfer orders are processed after cleared payment is verified.
Delivery
Riyadh delivery, outside-Riyadh land transport, and international quotations are governed by our Delivery & Shipping policy. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery or transport-company information and for paying third-party transport charges where stated.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Customers should inspect fabric before cutting, washing, sewing, or using it and should report incorrect or defective products promptly.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, submit false information, commit fraud, or use the store in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The AL KHAZ name, branding, original product content, photographs, graphics, and store materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Liability and Mandatory Rights
To the extent permitted by law, AL KHAZ is not responsible for indirect losses caused by customer misuse, incorrect information, unauthorised changes to fabric, or delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version appears on this page.
