Indonesian 25077 Bright Non-Stretch Floral Raschel Lace is a soft, lightweight fancy all-over lace produced by PT. Sinar Para Taruna in Indonesia. Its stable non-stretch construction, detailed floral pattern and decorative scalloped borders make it suitable for elegant garments and creative decorative applications.
